I've had courses about game, world and character design at coursera. I've tried to develop world of the 'Rust on a Glass' game in fast concepts.
‘Rust on a Glass’ – a concept for a game that is settled in a post-apocalyptic sci-fi world. It is future, but future after a series of wars and technological disasters so current world is just disconnected fragments of past self. The game will highlight only a few different centers of remaining civilization. Kyon and Null are main characters.
Locations
• slums (where protagonists start the game)
• utopian City of Lights
• mid-ground
• Rat tunnels
• waste-ground
• garden (in fact it is the remains of previous civilizations where scavengers are gathering things).
Slums, City of Lights, mid-ground and rat tunnels together is The Fallen City.
